- How do I put a painting on my Lock Screen?
- Tap Set as Lock Screen under today’s painting, drag it until you like the frame (keep faces below the clock), then tap Save in full resolution. The painting goes to your Photos. iOS lets only you change the wallpaper: open the painting in Photos, tap Share → Use as Wallpaper.
- How do I add the widget?
- Touch and hold an empty spot on your Home Screen, tap Edit → Add Widget, find Lumette and choose Painting of the day in small, medium or large size. On the Lock Screen, the widget shows the title and artist of today’s painting.
- Where do the paintings come from?
- From the open-access collections of The Metropolitan Museum of Art, the Art Institute of Chicago and the Cleveland Museum of Art. We only use works the museums released into the public domain under CC0; every painting shows its museum on the label.
- How is today’s painting chosen?
- From the moods and colors you picked: Lumette ranks the collection by how well each painting fits and picks one of the best for the day, without repeating a painting for 60 days.
- How do I restore Pro on a new iPhone?
- Sign in with the same Apple Account, then in Lumette tap ⋯ → Restore purchases, or tap Restore on any Pro screen.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- In the iPhone Settings app: your name → Subscriptions → Lumette, or in Lumette: ⋯ → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period or trial ends; Pro stays active until then.
- How do I get a refund?
- Refunds are processed by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Where is my data, and how do I delete it?
- Your moods and colors, the paintings you’ve had, your favorites and settings are stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app deletes them. See the Privacy Policy for analytics and crash reports.
