License
Lumette is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”). These terms add details about Lumette Pro. If they conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.
Lumette Pro
- Your first painting, its details and the Lock Screen preview are free. Lumette Pro adds a new painting every day, saving paintings in full resolution and the Home Screen widget with today’s painting.
- Pro is sold as a weekly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase where the app offers it. The yearly plan may start with a free trial, and a one-time offer may give a lower price for the first year. Prices are shown in the app before you buy and are charged by Apple to your Apple ID.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. You can cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Free trials and introductory prices. If an offer includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. If an offer has a discounted first period, the regular price applies from the second period. The app shows the exact dates and amounts before you confirm.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple’s policies: reportaproblem.apple.com.
- We may change prices for future periods; Apple informs subscribers of price increases as required.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Lumette is provided “as is” and we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
